Governance and accountability

Governance for assessment and credential decisions.

GlobalPass+ is in open-pilot preparation. No university, employer, advisor or independent validator is presented as appointed until the relationship is agreed, conflicts are disclosed and publication is authorised.

Assessment

Separated responsibilities

Authoring, subject review, fairness review, psychometric review and final publication are distinct recorded actions. Authors cannot silently self-approve live items.

Integrity

Human decisions and appeals

Automated signals create evidence for trained review. Decisions include reasons, avoid score alteration and support an appeal route.

Commercial

No pay-to-verify

Basic credential verification remains free. Sponsored candidates receive the same standard, report, credential and verification state as self-funded candidates.

Data

No candidate-data sales

Organisations receive candidate information through informed consent or a clearly defined lawful assessment relationship—not merely because a profile appears publicly.

Current disclosure

Launch-stage organisation information

The public service is currently operated as a remote, pre-launch product programme. Formal company registration, registered office, trademark outcome, executive appointments, advisory appointments and independent validation partners will be published here before paid public assessments are accepted.

This disclosure prevents a pilot interface from implying corporate or advisory facts that have not yet been established. Product and technical enquiries remain attributable through the official addresses below.
