Governance

How assessments and certificates are governed

GlobalPass+ is operated by Prime360 Holding Ltd as an online aptitude and skills assessment platform. This page describes how the live product is governed today.

Operator

Operating entity

Prime360 Holding Ltd, a limited company registered in Malta (C106226), registered office 1, Triq Il-Kurat Schembri, Mosta, Malta. The same entity is named on About, Terms, Privacy and invoices.

Content

Item quality

Item authoring, review and publication actions are independently recorded and auditable. Published forms are versioned.

Scoring

Versioned scoring

Objective items are scored automatically by pinned rules. Each result records the assessment, form and scoring-rule labels used.

Integrity

Review and appeals

Session events can create evidence for trained review. Ordinary assessments score automatically. A withheld integrity result can be appealed after a human records the decision.

Certificates

Issue and revocation

Eligible completed assessments issue a signed certificate. A certificate may be suspended or revoked for a documented reason. Public verification shows status, not private identity documents.

Index

Optional ranking

Eligible candidates may opt into the GlobalPass Index and withdraw at any time. Ranking is not required to receive a score or certificate. Minors stay off public boards by default.

Conflicts

Independence

No university, employer or advisor is presented as appointed until the relationship is agreed and publication is authorised. Basic certificate verification remains free. Sponsored candidates receive the same assessment, report and certificate as self-funded candidates.
