How candidate information is processed.
GlobalPass+ processes account, assessment, payment, credential and integrity information to deliver assessment services, result records and candidate-controlled sharing. It does not sell candidate information.
Information we use
We use profile and contact details, assessment responses, session events, accommodations, payment references, issued credentials and consent records. Identity or monitoring evidence is collected only for the integrity level disclosed before an assessment.
How decisions are made
Automated systems may calculate scores or raise review evidence. Integrity findings, appeals and consequential education or employment decisions must retain meaningful human review.
Public index and sharing
Public ranking is optional and limited. Detailed results are shared with institutions or employers only with informed consent or a defined institutional assessment relationship.
Your controls
The candidate privacy centre provides data export, correction, deletion-request and leaderboard controls. Legal retention duties may prevent immediate deletion of some assessment or financial records.
