Refunds are issued by GlobalPass+ support through Stripe to the original payment method. A full refund closes any assessment access from that order that you have not started, withholds the result and permanently revokes a certificate the order paid for. Read the refund policy
How the band is set
Three bands, one assessment
Your price is based on your country of residence. If that country does not match the card billing country, access is paused for a pricing check, normally resolved within two business days: access is released at the correct band or the payment is refunded. Pay with a card billed in your country of residence where you can — a card billed in another country pauses access even when a relative pays for you. Card-issuing country, institution location and IP address are not used to set the price. Public prices start at US$50. Charges are in USD; your card issuer may convert if the card is in another currency.
Band C
The lowest fee, for candidates resident in lower-income countries. Use the checker above to confirm yours.
Band B
A reduced middle fee, for candidates resident in middle-income countries. Use the checker above to confirm yours.
Band A
The standard full fee, for candidates resident in higher-income countries. Use the checker above to confirm yours.
What a band changes
The price, and nothing else
A candidate in Band C pays the Band C price for the same assessment a Band A candidate takes. Sponsored access and financial aid preserve the official price rather than discounting it: the sponsor covers all or part of the fee.
What a band never changes
Form, scoring, report and certificate
The assessment version, the scoring model, the competency report and the certificate are identical in every band. Candidate information is never sold.
Sponsorship and retakes
Vouchers, sponsored access and retaking
Institutions and employers can sponsor candidates directly. A sponsored candidate takes the same assessment on the same terms.
Vouchers
Institutional and employer sponsorship
An institution or employer can issue vouchers that cover all or part of an assessment fee, and can invite candidates directly. Sponsorship does not give the sponsor access to a result; sharing stays under the candidate’s permission controls.
Retakes
After at least 30 days
Retakes are available after 30 days and use a different assessment form where one is available. A retake is a new purchase at the current price.

Scoring device
Scored assessments are taken on a computer or tablet. Practice is available on any device, and you can register and pay on your phone — only the timed sitting needs the bigger screen.
