Refunds for assessments and memberships

Refunds are issued by GlobalPass+ support through Stripe to the original payment method. A full refund closes any assessment access from that order that you have not started, withholds the result and permanently revokes a certificate the order paid for. This page is part of the assessment terms.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, email support with your order reference from Billing. There is no self-service refund button. Write to support@globalpassplus.com from the email address on your account and include the order reference from Billing. Support confirms the decision by email and records it against the order.

How a refund is paid

Refunds are issued through Stripe to the payment method used at checkout, for the full amount charged for that order, in USD. Your card issuer sets how long the money takes to appear and any currency conversion. Your order history records the refund request and shows separately whether the payment provider has confirmed it.

What happens to your access

A refund closes any assessment access from that order that you have not started. An assessment you have already started or completed is not re-opened, and the sitting itself is not deleted from your account.

What happens to your result and certificate

A full refund is final. The result that the refunded order paid for is withheld, an active certificate for it is permanently revoked and any share links stop working. The public verification page then reports the certificate as revoked rather than valid. Your recorded academic scores are unchanged; public rankings reflect the certificate status. While a card dispute is open the certificate is suspended instead. If the dispute is cleared and the payment remains with GlobalPass+, the certificate can be reinstated.

A partial refund, such as a goodwill amount agreed with support, leaves your access, result and certificate unchanged.

Card disputes

If you dispute a charge with your card issuer instead of writing to support, access from that order is paused and any certificate it paid for is suspended while the dispute is open. If the dispute is cleared and the payment remains with GlobalPass+, unused access is restored. If the card issuer returns the payment to you, the order is treated as refunded. Writing to support first is faster and keeps your certificate active while we look into it.

Preparation memberships

A refunded preparation membership ends membership access. Practice forms that are free to every account stay available.

Retakes and pricing checks

A retake is a new purchase at the current price after at least 30 days; it is not a refund of the first sitting. An order paused for a pricing check because the card billing country did not match your country of residence is not charged again; it is either released or refunded once support has reviewed it.
