Learning agility
Use feedback, revise beliefs and transfer knowledge.
What you will learn
- Convert feedback into a specific action.
- Update a conclusion when credible evidence changes.
- Transfer a principle to an unfamiliar problem.
Useful feedback changes behaviour. Restate the issue, identify one observable adjustment and apply it to new work rather than merely agreeing with the reviewer.
Changing a conclusion in response to stronger evidence is good judgement. Explain what changed, why the new evidence matters and which uncertainty remains.
Transfer requires identifying the underlying principle rather than copying the surface example. Ask which constraints are equivalent and which differences require adaptation.
