Professional Leadership contains 46 scored objective questions, 6 field-test questions and two written responses. It measures judgement and readiness rather than seniority, job title or personality.
Effective leadership analysis distinguishes urgent from important work, identifies who owns a decision and explains how risks will be monitored. It also recognises conflicts of interest, unequal impact and situations requiring responsible escalation.
