Why graduate CVs need an additional skills signal
Graduate CVs increasingly look alike. Degree titles, internships and similar project lists do not always distinguish how candidates reason.
GlobalPass Graduate Launch is a 100-minute assessment of analytical reasoning, data literacy, communication, responsible AI use and professional judgement. The candidate controls whether a result is shared. A verifier can check the certificate without seeing the sitting.
That is additional evidence, not a claim that applicants are misrepresenting themselves. Applications are simply easier to polish. A degree, a reference and an interview still answer questions this assessment does not.
Employers can verify a certificate, then invite an applicant pool to the same form. The score supports a human decision. It does not select hires. It is not an automated interview.
